RACING FOR KIDS CLUB, Inc.

Racing for Kids Club, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching boys and girls, ages 10 to 16 how to build and drive 4-cylinder race cars. 

We are family oriented and as a result everyone gets involved.

Several years ago the club was started by a group of race car drivers with children that wanted to learn to race. It was then called "ARMY", Auto Racing Motivated Youth. 

The club races once each month at Auburndale Speedway. We also hold seminars at the track for practice and teaching once each month on Sundays.

Each car meets all the safety requirements required of the track: 4-point harness, roll cage, fire extinguishers, fuel cell, etc.

All kids are required to wear safety equipment: fire suit, gloves, helmet, and neck brace.

Fund Raisers are held during the year to offset the cost of insurance, trophies and plaques. Mandatory attendance is required of each member for these events.

Each member has an experienced co-rider with him/her in the junior division until they graduate to the senior division. 

Every precaution is taken to have a successful, accident free program.

This club is a direct result of a lot of hard work by the kids, parents, board members and sponsors.
